After establishing the scope of work, we assign a dedicated project coordinator who is responsible for organizing the execution and maintaining ongoing contact with the client and project stakeholders. We prepare an action schedule, plan resources, and coordinate all stages of work, ensuring a smooth flow of information and the timely completion of the project.03.
Execution
Experienced teams of installers, team leaders, and project coordinators are responsible for the efficient execution of work in accordance with the agreed scope, quality requirements, and schedule.04.
Quality control

Handover of the finished project
